Good question.

I first did an electronic search, and found no examples that could clearly
be hiphils. I then cracked open a paper concordance, and found that there
are none listed in hiphil for (%H. What that shows is that we cannot look at
Tanakh for an example upon which to model our response.

The other option is to look at grammar tables for lamed heh verbs.
