Yaakov,
Rashi, after saying W-AL TI-TMAH for the plural, brings there, in Genesis 20:13, the example of Samuel 7:13, where King David, in one of his more expansive poetical moments, says: A$ER HALKU ELOHIM LIPDOT LO L(AM, but the verse ends on an ambiguous note, possibly due to the good king becoming giddy out of shear reverential excitement.
I see also that Unkelos endeavors to translate Genesis 20:13 by quite a twist:
וַהֲוָה כַּד טְעוֹ עַמְמַיָּא בָּתַר עוּבָדֵי יְדֵיהוֹן יָתִי קָרֵיב יְיָ לְדַחְלְתֵיהּ מִבֵּית אַבָּא
all in an effort to avoid a plural reference to an act by the God of Abraham.
In Psalms 58:12 King David is at it again.

Isaac,
After my last email I thought of HBH NRDH WNBLH and N)$H (DM,
but I just received my daily digest and see that these were already
proposed. I agree with your interpretation that these are weaker
as they seem to be God speaking to the angels.
Here are some more (although you specifically asked for verb forms) :
ELOHIM XYYM that appears sometimes,
to be contrasted with ELOHIM XY in other places.
ELOHIM QROBYM (LYW of Deut 4:6
HELOHIM H(DYRYM of SamI 4:8
(although in the mouths of Philistines)
ELOHIM $OPTYM Psalms 58:12
