The Gezer calendar is definitely not "widely recognized" as being
written by a child, even as young as six or seven! It is unlikely that
any inscriptions were written by children but then, you haven't done
the spade work and provided clear evidence either of its being
written by a child or that it is "widely recognized" as such.
