In the consonants mode, I would include only the consonants,
as was the practice before the Masoretes. That means that
the accents (sof pasuq, maqaf) should also be omitted.

When I read the text using Online Bible on OS 9 on the
Macintosh, I made a font based on the Gezar Calendar that
had maqaf render as a space, the text only version did not
include sof and pasuq, as far as I know.

I would include them in the vowels mode, as they affect the
vowels.
