Dear Bryan,

What about Deuteronomy 32? Are there four sentence initial YI QTOLs or none?

none. Deu 32:9-10 are governed by the ki at the start of v. 9, like so (parentheses mark elided elements):

ki xeleq yhwh `amo
(ki) ya`aqob xebel naxalato
(ki) yimtsa'ehu
(ki) yesobbenhu
(ki) yebonnehu
(ki) yitsrenhu

Shalom,
Bryan
