I saw HTML-type gibberish when checking my messages using Microsoft
Outlook Web Access through Safari for Mac. However, in another webmail
program (Campus Pipeline), I see the unicode displayed in Hebrew
characters.

In Mail for Mac OS X, I always see the Unicode entities.
