BARUCHU / BARUCH / VORACH = BLESS?

The transliterations "ba-r’chu," "baruch," and "vorach" (as in, "ha-m’vorach)
all seem to be some form of the root for "bless."

"ba-r’chu" seems to be the imperative (plural, masculine-and-feminine?).

"baruch" seems to be the past-tense (masculine, singular?).

"vorach" seems to be an adjective version (masculine, singular?).

Is this correct? If not what do these 3 words mean (including verb-tense,
gender, number)?

Also how do these words relate to each other?

Is "ba" the root for "bless," while…

"rchu" is a suffix indicating that a word is a verb in the imperative à
ba-r’chu

"ruch" is a suffix indicating that a word is a verb in the past-tense à baruch

"rach" is a suffix indicating that a word is an adjective (with "vo" being
some sort of prefix?) à vorach

IN THE ALTERNATE, IS "BA" SIMPLY A PREFIX INDICATING THAT THE FOLLOWING VERB
IS IN THE PAST TENSE?

"Ba-r’chu" is sometimes translated as "blessed," which is a past-participle
(or adjective), and not an imperative.

Also, "ba-char" is translated as "has chosen," which makes me think that "ba"
is the functional equivalent of the English auxilary verb, "has," and that
"char" means "chosen."

So I’m hypothesizing that

"ba-r’chu" = ba (past tense) + rchu ("blessed" – plural,
masculine-and-feminine?)

"baruch" = ba (past tense) + ruch ("blessed" – plural, masculine)

"vorach" = vo (meaning?) + rach ("blessed" – adjective)

For an article arguing that Eden's four rivers arising from one _might_ be
recalling the "four heads" of the Euphrates crossing "edin-the-floodplain"
of ancient Sumer cf. the following url:
