Vice-versa, lamo is absolute, lmo is derivative smihut form.

Besides the fact that all lamo refer to plural, you need to dwell into
etymology of lamo to understand why it relates to plural.

It says God
make the chariot wheels come off so that it was
difficult to steer the chariots:
There is no mention of mud. While that is a
possible explanation, God may have directly
caused the wheels to come off. <

Tie down, bridle; not come off

>HH: Third, it is quite obvious that all the Egyptians died, the whole army:

Ex. 14:28 The water flowed back and covered the
chariots and horsemen - the entire army of
Pharaoh that had followed the Israelites into the
sea. Not one of them survived. <

Option A. By the time chariots drown, water increased, swallowing the foot
soldiers who stumbled around. This is plausible in the context: the army was
drown not immediately, but only in morning, when the tide increased. The
waters specifically "came back," not down, quite reminiscent of tide.
Option B. lecol is not "even all," but (water swallowed all charioteers) up
to all (army). Mounted avantgarde drown, and even the foot soldiers came to
the water line.
