Mansoor uses the term "construct state" in his beginning grammar, but there
is no such listing in Gesenius. By what other name(s) does this grammatical
construction go by?

The construct is usually referred to by that name, but I have seen it
referred to as the 'genitive' in at least one old grammar, so that may be a
place to start.
