Dear All, Just a brief question concerning the expression: AL-Pi (ayin
lamed-peh yod) is this a semantic derivative from the hebrew word PeH
(Mouth)? If not then can someone enlighten me please. If it is? then why
the 'peh-yod' change from 'peh-heh'?

The simple answer is that pe-yod is the construct form, and pe-he is the absolute form. If you are interested in why this should be so, that is more complicated.
