I'm confused, there is no title here, only names.
Xerxes (Zerkses) is the English name of the Greek form Xerxes (where the X
is the Chi) of the Persian name which is pronounced in Hebrew as Ahashueros.
Artaxerxes is a throne name -- not a title, but a name. There are four
Persian kings who took that as a throne name.
For Persian royal inscriptions (with the Persian and Greek forms
of their names) see Kent, R.G. Old Persian: Grammar, Texts, Lexicon. AOS, 33
(New Haven, 1953).
