Probably not. This looks like a Dt verb from rw(. It's not uncommon to
get this kind of shape. The introductory grammars will tend to call it a
hitpolal and probably stick it somewhere toward the end of the book. I
prefer to think of it as a weak realization of the Dt binyan.
