Hi, Vincent, and all,

just two short notices

First, concerning metre: The metric concept proposed by Gerhard Fecht in his
"Metrik des Hebraeischen und Phoenizischen", Wiesbaden 1990 (Aegypten und
Altes Testament, vol 19) is not very well known,
but it works pretty good.
Have a look on it, try it!

Second, concerning poetic verse:
Look at the recently published booklet by Thomas Renz, Colometry and
Accentuation in Hebrew Prophetic Poetry (KUSATU vol 4), waltrop 2003 (140 p.).

Best regards
Reinhard
