Fernando,
The form to which you refer does not have a suffix at all. The prefixed
Lamed is merely a preposition marking a following Infinitive Construct form.
The infinitive ending -OT is regular for verbs that end with the letter HE.
This is merely a Qal If C from `-s-h: "to do, make, create." If this
infinitive were to add a suffix, it would be at the end of the present form.
"To create him" would be la`asset, "to create her," la`Aston, etc.
