If by "smixut" you mean what I know of as "construct", this is an
oversimplification. Compare for example: "absolute" D.:BFRIYM, "construct"
D.IB:R"Y, form with suffix D.:BFRFYW - here the suffix form is closer to the
absolute.
But my point should have been more specific: A word with a pronominal suffix
can never be part of a construct chain or in a possessive relationship with
a following noun. The pronominal suffix makes it definite and that is
incompatible with it being part of a construct chain.
So to go back to Psalm 45:6 (presumably 45:7 in Hebrew):
K.IS:):AKF ):ELOHIYM cannot mean anything like "your throne of God" or "your
divine throne". I don't see anything in this one sentence to choose between
"your throne, O God, is for ever and ever" and "your throne is God for ever
and ever"; but this has nothing to do with construct states.
