I think it is quite reasonable to take this as "someone" or "anyone" even
without the qualifications. HANOP"L (hanofel) "the one falling" would seem
to say "anyone who falls." Makes sense to me.>
DKS: I agree. Frequently in Proverbs the participle can be translated with
"anyone who," "whoever," "the one who," etc. E.g., 10:5 _(OG"R_ "The one
who gathers," "Anyone who gathers," or "Whoever gathers ..."
