Thanks for the encouragement John, Yochanan, Jay Jr.! :)

Yes, J-M is the grammar they want us to bring with us. Here's a snip
from the web page.

It doesn't say here who the prof is. Is it usually Dr. Nesson? I'm not
sure why they expect us to buy a Hebrew Bible in Israel? I'm going to
bring my BDB and BHS. Do you think they would use something other than
BHS?

I just finished one year of Hebrew so the morphology is still quite
fresh. I think what I need to do between now and when this course starts
in 2 months is read, read, read and build up my vocabulary. Do you know
if there is something for the Hebrew Bible like Sakae Kubo's reader for
the NT? Kubo lists all the "over fifty occurance" vocab in a glossary
and then lists the vocab verse by verse. It helps to speed up reading
and it's a nice guide for vocabulary drilling if you want to work on a
given set of passages. I find it much easier to absorb new vocabulary if
I can do the memory work and then read the same words in a context.

Needless to say it should be quite an experience!
