- Subject: Piel with Pronominal Suffix in Kelley's Grammar
- Date: Tue, 29 Feb 2000 01:45:39 +1100
I came across p.154 in Page Kelley's grammar and noticed the paragraph
numbered (2) where
Kelley gives a paradigm for 3cp Piel Perfect verbs with pronominal suffixes.
Using the
root BQS, he states that the qoph 'loses its dagesh forte because it is
supported by a
vocal sheva.'
Can anyone find any examples of this in a biblical text?
Many thanks.
