Boy, was my tongue over my eyeteeth on this one! As Dave apparently
recognized, my question is about the word in verse *9*, not 10. And,
yes, I do know that the partner of QERE is KETHIBH, with a KAPH, not a
QOPH!

Oh, and a late happy birthday to Dave Washburn (although this will
probably reach him on his natal day).
