I have "A Synoptic Harmony of Samuel, Kings and Chronicles With
Related Passages from Psalms, Isaiah, Jeremiah and Ezra" edited by
Ja,es D. Newsome, Jr., Baker Book House, Grand Rapids Michigan 1986
(paperback edition 1990). This is in English only based on RSV, with
some adjustments where RSV differences do not reflect different
Hebrew, or RSV fails to reflect significantly different Hebrew.
Simple, but cheap (around $10).

The foreword of this book refers to "Primus Vannutelli's fine 'Libri
Synoptici Veteris Testamenti' (Rome: Pontifical Biblical Institute,
1931)... [which] in addition, provides references to relevant passages
in the Septuagint (in Greek), the Vulgate (in Latin) and Flavius
Josephus (in Greek)."

PS Anyone know why I only just received the following and a few other
b-hebrew messages, 5 days late? Anyone else had this problem?

Dear memebrs of B-Hebrew,

a synopsis (showing similar texts in parallel columns) is often used in
NT studies.

Does anybody know good synopses for OT passages? I'm interested in an
edition which shows the Hebrew texts parallel. But also translations
(German, English or French) might be helpful. I am thankful for every
bibliographical hint.

What I have in my shelf is "Deuterographs" by R. B. Girdlestone, Oxford
1894. But it is over 100 years old, is only in English and sometimes not
very reliable.
