yes, eccl 9.10 is a place where the NJPS translation, did not follow the
MT.
Granted, by principle, they are supposed to footnote any change from the
MT,
but they do not always footnote different readings based on accent only
[e.g., in prophetic poetry].

MT: "all that your hand finds to do with your strength--do [it]"

[for the record,
rash"i and targum appear to read against MT,
ibn ezra with MT,
though none explicitly address the problem. {ex. 32.11, deut. 8.17 join
'yad' and 'koaH' poetically, though not like ecc 9.10}]
