The fourth word in Deut 10:12 is
MEM-AYIN-MEM-CAPH = "from you"
cf. Weingreen's "Practical Grammar" pg. 63
That seems like an unusual spelling to me. Is it?
Or can this be read otherwise: "from your people"?
