If anyone is still looking for the Hebrew Bible with full cantillation
etc...

I have discovered that the Michigan-Claremont BHS text is available
from the Oxford Text Archive, for private study purposes. Details from
http://ota.ahds.ac.uk/. Their order code is U-525-D. You can't
download it directly, but have to fax or snail mail to them an order
form and signed declaration; but then, apparently, they will give you
access to it for downloading from their FTP site. No US dollar checks
required, indeed no payment at all required, though there is a (rather
excessive) charge if you want the text on diskettes or other media.

You can then convert this text to a displayable format using the SIL
Hebrew Font System, downloadable from http://www.sil.org.
