According to www.amazon.com,

The Brown & Yule book is not listed.

The de Beaugrande book is out of print.

The Longacre book is now in a second edition (July 1996). Amazon.com
expects a reprint from the publisher (Plenum) in 3 to 5 weeks.

The Bodine and Dawson books may be available in 4 - 6 weeks.

I didn't check for the Bergen and Levinsohn books.

All the best --
