It really works. I was skeptical for years then tried remedies for hay
fever then other ailments. I stocked my herbal/vitamin medicine chest
with a wide variety of homeopathic remedies. I haven't bought any for
years as I have not used up what I have and have gotten over allergies
I needed them for. I do not know what new remedies and brands are
currently available. There are reliable mail order sources and natural
foods grocers where you can purchase them. Whole Foods carries a wide
selection as do the CoOp natural foods stores.

I used them for:
asthma
hay fever
sleeplessness
stress/nervousness/anxiety
physical stress and exhaustion
eye care
ear care
there is even an aphrodesiac

I will list several brands that I highly recommend.

One of the best known and widely marketed is Rescue Remedy which is a
Bach Original Flower Essence, a special herbal medicine category. There
is Naturopathic Medicine and Homeopathic Medicine practiced by trained
specialists who often do both.

Other brands:
A. Vogel for allergies

bioAllers for grass pollen and many other types of pollen and plant-
caused allergies

A very excellent brand from the US:
Newton Homeopathics
preparations I have used include:
Nervousness
Exhaustion
The Blues
Eye Irritation
Earache
Fatigue Fighter
Heavy Metal Detox
Stress Relief
aphrodesiac
preps for asthma, miscellaneous allergies, pollen allergy
which really worked for me:
Cough-Asthma
Pollen & Weeds
I liked the bioAllers best for grass pollen
though Newton is good too - at times I had uncontrollable sneezing so
used these homeopathic preps constantly and they worked better than any
other medicine I used - I avoided the conventional over the counter
medications many people use regularly.

You might want to pay a visit to a trained homeopathic and naturopathic
physician to get started along the right path. One visit might suffice.
They will have preps to sell you and fill any Rx they may give you. The
array of homeopathic and naturopathic remedies they will stock is truly
amazing, hundreds of little bottles and vials of pills. The one I
visited for a chronic earache did excellent work and set me on the path
to recovery.
