Hear, hear. I found that site www.permacultureuniversitycostarica.org  
and was astounded it existed.

None of the people involved listed taking a PDC, or who their teachers  
were, and the website showed ATVs fording a river, a reallyy stellar  
way to pollute the water. That was enough for me.
