[permaculture] Subscribing to this list - requirement stated in the list homepage to be strictly enforced from now on.

I agree with your decision to personally screen new subscribers. Thanks
to this kind of vigilance, the Permaculture list is free from the "junk
members" often present in other forums.

Keep up the good work, and best wishes for 2007.
