Hello! I sent you a text message from Enfield elementary. I’m looking for the instructions on how to put together the compost bin. You helped us order some materials in 2019. We’re doing a beautification day this weekend so we’d like to get that done. Keith Harrington has the tools and know how, but we don’t have the full idea on what needs to get done. Feel free to call me or email me. I appreciate it!
Sincerely, Stephanie Colombo

Classes cover a variety of compost and education topics that will prepare you to become a compost educator in Tompkins County. The 20 hours of training outside of class include hands-on composting, teaching or assisting at classes, researching compost topics, and designing an independent volunteer project. After training, use your new compost know-how and teaching experience to help others in the community.
> Training is held on Thursday evenings, 6:00 – 8:00pm, from March 4th to May 13th. The first half of training will be conducted virtually over Zoom, while the second half will be a mix of in-person and virtual. To accommodate the public school break, class will not be held on April 8th.
