  EXPANDING MARKET OPTIONS
GAINING ACCESS TO LARGE VOLUME MARKETS
FOOD SAFETY CERTIFICATION

Through a USDA Farm to School grant, BT-BOCES is working with area  
producers to bring more local, nutritious food into Binghamton City  
school cafeterias, with the possibility of eventually expanding to  
other schools and institutions.
