The “Out of Bounds” Radio Show, hosted by Tish Pearlman will feature FLORENCE
REED. Reed is an environmental activist for sustainable farming and rain
forest protection. In 1997 she launched Sustainable Harvest International. For
the past 13 years, SHI has reached more than 1800 families in 120 communities
in Honduras, Belize, Nicaragua and Panama. SHI farmers have helped save
thousands of acres of tropical forest, planted over 2.5 million trees, and
helped many small communities out of poverty.
