Almost forgot:

4. Translators can now create their versions directly on the wiki. The 
main English is located in the Python_en category. Others can use the 
Python_de, Python_cn, etc. categories. This is so that it reduces the 
barrier for translators to work on the text as they had to previously 
know how to edit/use/transform DocBook XML. Now, all they need to know 
is the MediaWiki syntax, that's it!
