Well, that's not about reliability.

I mark it important because it helps to spread information about the
distro significantly.

Having such: http://www.openbsd.org/ftp.html or such:
http://www.slax.org/en/download.php list of mirrors improves our
web-persistence and makes us get noticed much better.
