Probably when we're confident that things are near where we expect them,
we should do that. If there really is something wrong with the upgrade,
we probably don't need to be publishing the wrongness, but it could be
good just to let people double-check things are how they expect them to
be.

P.S. I'm going to take my systems down right now and will be
unavailable except by cellular. I might be online, but my email will be
down most of today, and perhaps more if I have problems with my
new connection on the other end.
