For most of you that means that you'll need to change your client view,
resync and go.

Worked for me perfectly, thank you

Err, I would like to take it back :)

$ p4 have | grep scribe$
//sgl/sorcery/devel/usr/sbin/scribe#3 -
/home/neuron/Dokumenty/smgl/perforce/devel/sorcery//usr/sbin/scribe

$ ls -l /home/neuron/Dokumenty/smgl/perforce/devel/sorcery//usr/sbin/scribe
-r-xr-xr-x 1 neuron neuron 20430 2004-05-31 10:01
/home/neuron/Dokumenty/smgl/perforce/devel/sorcery//usr/sbin/scribe

$ cd /home/neuron/Dokumenty/smgl/perforce/devel/sorcery//usr/sbin/

$ p4 edit scribe
scribe - file(s) not on client.

I tried to remove whole /home/neuron/Dokumenty/smgl/perforce/ and then
'p4 sync -f', but that didn't change anything.

Can I do something about that ?

hmm, whats your client mapping look like?

Exactly right. Looks like you've moved on some since you sent the message, but if you change the line in your client view that sez:

//sgl/sorcery/devel... //neuron-cube/devel/sorcery/...
to
//sgl/sorcery/devel/... //neuron-cube/devel/sorcery/...

you should be OK.

Tony
