not sure we need to *dictate* how one actually formats their response. and
It
varies with each case anyway.
I normally only reply below the original if it directly relates . otherwise I
reply at the top so it is instantly visible or I edit out the entire contents
of the previous email si I am replying to a thread not a specific email.
*Some* times I even intersperse my replies !
