Alternatively, completely ignore menu item entries and take this as further
opportunity to test the interaction of the spells and make sure they WORK.

MENU_ITEM entries are not a bad idea, and neither is invoke. But if you
still have issues with reliability of some spells, or spells that conflict,
or code that needs fixing, do that first.

MENU_ITEM is cosmetic. Lets get the guts working solidly first.
