How is this different that the permaculture wiki that you already have running? I think one of the main things to consider is that there seems to be very few "permaculture" people confortable with working in a wiki interface. Im wary of the "build it & they will come" plan for development of a web project, but I would love to see efforts put into rounding up content providers that are willing to commit to a chosen (hopefully open-source) content management system...

An Online Permaculture Knowledgebase

I have decided to create one. TikiWiki is the software I hope to use. I will create a new permaculture website around it
complete with support mailing list: pc-knowledgebase@lists.ibiblio.org.

I hope to add someof my own resources to it: photographic essays on food and herb gardening, orcharding, permaculture systems, especially earthworks, soil quality, mulching and weed usage and biocontrol (these are all things in development on my mini-farm (6 acres).

Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions about this?
