Hi everyone,

As Chad mentioned I'll be out of town for a week.
Congrat's on the new release. I'll take look more in depth on my return.

I've found a rather accessible system (Processing) that looks promising to develop a "Rich Client" in.
It's in Java, which can be a bit of the hog of system resources, so I'm wondering how the system responds on different systems.
So if you have a moment, could you look at one example, and see if it runs OK in your environment?

Ah I see you ment http://processing.org/

From what I can see its mainly focused towards vector graphics and adds a simple layer on top of java. Could be kind of useful but does miss a lot a necessary features, client-server communication, interface elements etc.

Maybe we should start the other way round. Rather than "what could we do with this framework", perhaphs focus on "what would we want to do with rich client" and then work out which framework would best suit our needs.

Rich - babbling nonsense as ususual

p.s. yes it runs OK, Firefox - Win98
