Can someone please send me the link for unsubscribing from this listserv?
Thanks, Terri
I'd love to see it. Would you open it up to nonmembers in other clubs or just OCBA members?
Sent from my iPhonemorning,
Kitty i'm not sure, but we can check this coming meeting. i guess i was still confused about the showing part. I thought you just bought it at first so the number of folks didn't matter. sounds a bit high once you toss in the varsity costs. For the varsity we only had 14 kids...so he did care if it was 15 or 50 so on that end its more easier to handle.
I'll review the site again to better understand it...sorry for any confusion...15 -20 sounds about right for what i have seen.
Thanks agian,
mh

A license for a private showing to 20 people is $40.For up to 50 in a public venue with tickets sales or "suggested donations" encouraged (but not required), it's $125. For up to 100 in a private venue, it's $200. For up to 200 (as many as the theater will hold), it's $300.How many do we think will come? Our straw poll is @20.

hello all,
I wanted to toss in the hat about using the old varsity on franklin street. i had forgotten we had a birthday there once and they let us rent a whole theattre and they served pizza as well. i think it was $15per head, drinks included and we just provided the dvd.
i'm not sure about what group rates go for and if food has to be in play but i could find out. great venue and they have computer software as well.
plenty of room for all...just a thought.
Take a look for this or maybe a future event for you or the family...it was a blast!!
