I make a slanting circular trellis out of a half-dozen poles with the tops
tied together and the bottoms is a roughly 4-foot circle. I can just reach
the tops of 8-foot poles done like this, though the more vigorous beans
still go higher and flop around.

More and longer production this way, IMHO.
