Are you guys talking about straight kaolin or the more refined commercial
product marketed as "Surround?" Thanks,

Surround, is what I mean.

BTW, the apples I bought had a fine white haze all over them, and I
immediately recognized it as kaolin. Made me want to buy them, knowing that
the grower used few chemicals. But, I notice that they don't sell very well
at the grocery. Consumers are not educated--let's face it we fruit nuts are
few in number compared to the general population.
