I suggest you contact the Indiana Search and Rescue Association. INSARA is an
Organizational Member and affiliate of the National
Association for Search and Rescue (NASAR), and voluntarily complies with the
NASAR Code of Ethics <http://www.insara.org> They may
be able to put you in contact with an existing MSAR Team within your region.

Question I live in Indiana an been trying to fine a way get my horses MSAR
cert. How do I go about doing this.
