I have the true leaf with a double poly 20x40 and apprx 450 sq ft of bench
space with the true leaf hot water system. The tubing runs on top of my
bench and the flats on top of that. There is no thermal mass because I need
the airflow for the flats. The hot water comes from a little shed next to
the ghouse and is heated with a propane htw. I could have gone with electric
but there were pros and cons of each system.

The first year the cost was high, with $400 to 600 monthly propane bills,
running at 68-70. I believe that is still better than forced air. I am now
getting around to insulating the little shed which should help a lot.

The engineering of the radiant system was okay. I had to replace the
circulating pump this spring because I did not purge the air enough and the
pump quickly burned up. A friend who installs radiant floor systems looked
at it and said this could have been done for cheaper and better.

All in all I am very happy with the system.
