Thank you all for the replies!  I am emboldened to try selling it tomorrow.  The worst that can happen is that I take some grief for it, don't sell any and throw it on the compost pile...where it would end up anyway.  The best that can happen is that I make a few sales and educate some folks about a really nutritious food. 

I'll definitely provide some recipes and info about all the good stuff it contains.  

***how shall I tell people to store it?  I've only eaten it in the field, never brought it home for later eating.  Just in a bag in the fridge?
