This goes a little further and from the other direction…

F. William Engdahl in Acres U.S.A. attributed the quote to Henry Kissinger - “if you control oil you are able to control whole countries, whole nations. If you control food you are able to control the people.”

It seems like Charles Walters had another piece in there about controlling the money.  I wish he was still here so I could ask him!

Are you guoting yourself, or is this something you’re quoting from someone else?

 

I just wanted to comment because I think its correct, and an important consideration when our food supply is so centralized.
