I'm not aware of any services offhand, but I can say that it's not a
huge deal to do the scanning yourself if you can get a scanner. I
converted all of my old negatives to digital earlier this year, and
while it did take a long time, they came out great and it wasn't
difficult. The newer film scanners pretty much do the hard stuff for
you.
