Job Title: Web-based Media Developer
Job Description: The media developer position is responsible for the
design and production of media for use by Isoph and by Isoph clients
in Web sites and in online courses.<br><br>

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES<br>
· Perform tasks and responsibilities assigned by
the Web development team, working efficiently and collaboratively with
project team members, ensuring regular communication with the project
team to complete projects on time and on budget. Be proactive in
defining task list, and take initiative to provide feedback and
ideas.<br>
· Prepare flow diagrams and storyboards for use internally
and with clients<br>
· Prepare code to produce the multimedia.<br>
·
Develop two- and three-dimensional graphic images and animations,
produce and edit video and audio. Scan, retouch, and manipulate
photographs and images.<br>
· Design and develop graphics and other
media that reflect high production values and demonstrate
instructional value.<br>
· Support other designers/developers by
providing feedback and/or proofing work of other designers on project
team during internal review sessions.<br>
· Review and be familiar
with all client creative requirements, brand attributes, and style
guidelines for the project.<br>
· Work closely with the Web
developers and project manager to schedule and implement tasks
according to the project schedule. Proactively communicate
issues/challenges that may affect timely sequence of
deliverables.<br>
· Review and be familiar with all project
documentation, such as integrated processes, including project plans,
design document, meeting notes, and schedule.<br>
· Keep current with
technologies and creative/design strategies across all media
types.<br>
