I changed out my subscription and swapped RR for Earthlink. I'm now connected via Earthlink. They do have a website you can access from any browser, (although you might try www.mail2web.com). Also, Earthlink has dialup too, neither of which RR offered. RR increased the monthly rate and promised both "soon." But rather than wait, I reconnected via Earthlink.
AOL Time Warner was required to open their cables to competitors as part of their agreement (with Justice Dept. I believe) so they wouldn't be a complete monopoly! ...is this a great country, or what?
