For a small office I'd recommend Time Warner Cable's internet connection.
I've tried several different DSL providers, and didn't have success with any
of them. Most couldn't get it working at all, and while BellSouth did get a
DSL line working for a while, their technical and customer service are the
worst I've ever seen. They don't have a clue that businesses are depending on
DSL, and have no business class service available. If you experience
problems, and if you don't have any technical problems they're likely to just
turn it off randomly like they did mine. Once you have a problem, its several
days before they can do anything.

I'm sure Time Warner's response time isn't any better, as their cable modem
service is also a consumer service, i.e. no 24/7 support, I've found them to
be more reliable, and at least won't just turn your service off with no
warning and no explanation.
