I let me clarify that I am not saying that we start a new project(s). My
primary concern was about diversity in internetworkers (that stemmed from
the issue of getting kids to become tech savy). I was calling for options
because I like to hear them. Sometimes one option is so good that it has to
be done.

Maybe all we need to do is post these wonderful projects on the website and
let people move on them if they wish. And as far as INW is concerned, maybe
there is no solution to getting other minorities involved considering that
no one knows any (not to be taken as a slight). As long as we ask people to
come hang out, maybe the numbers will change. One can hope.

Just spouting ideas for the general good.
